Cytokines and Chemokines in blood, tissues and urine

Cytokines, chemokines and growth factors are measured using a multiplex analysis system, called the Bioplex. This is a bead based assay which allows researchers to maximise the amount of data produced from a small sample volume.

The benefits to this type of analysis are:

  • Small sample volume (12.5μl for some tests)
  • High throughput and high content data
  • Cost effective
  • Interassay reproducibility

We have experience with analysing cell culture samples (lysates and supernatants), serum, urine and tissue extraction samples in both Human and Mouse.

A variety of cytokines, chemokines and growth factors are available for both human and mouse samples.
